The purpose of Crafts in Maine is to provide a central source for the promotion of Maine crafts and craftspeople. Maine craftspeople are well known for the creation of fine crafts, both decorative and functional. In an effort to make these crafts more accessible to the public we have provided a group of listings of the who, what and where of Maine crafts.

To your left is a menu that you can use to view lists of craftpeople, craft shows, craft galleries and craft organizations. The listing for Craftspeople is searchable by geographical area and by type of craft. The Craftshow listing is searchable by geographical area and the month of occurance. The craft gallery listing is searchable by geographical area. In addition a calendar of events provides listings for craft events happening on any given day. There is also a section where you can leave any comments and/or suggestions about this site.

In addition if you are a craftsperson, represent a gallery or shop, promote a show or are a representative of a craft oriented organization we invite you to go to our members section to sign up for our free listing services.
